You've got "wicked problems"?Morphologics (formerly Ritchey Consulting) is world leading in the use of General Morphological Analysis (GMA) for Decision Support Modelling. GMA is a computer-aided method for structuring and analysing the total set of relationships contained in multi-dimensional, non-quantifiable, problem complexes. Originally developed at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI) for long-term planning and strategic decision support, it can be used for modelling complex policy and planning issues, developing scenario and strategy laboratories, and analysing organisational and stakeholder structures.
